Precision Elite Gymnastics and Dance Academy offers gymnastics and dance instruction for children as 19 months to 18 years. We provide a safe and positive environment promoting self-awareness, independence and a mind/body connection. As our students progress our program is designed to increase flexibility, strength, and gymnastics skills through structured progressions. Progressions are a method that builds steadily and safely, at each gymnast’s pace. We offer a wide variety of physical activities and events, such as; gymnastics, dance, tumbling, clinics and camps, open gym, and birthday parties.
